Customer Services & Quality Manager

Salary £28,000 plus performance bonus

Working week - Full time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Get Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Quality Manager to join our growing organisation. The successful candidate will effectively manage, optimise and align our exemplary customer service provision across the Company, nurturing customer and stakeholder relationships whilst complying with industry regulations and legislation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop the customer service proposition, continuously evaluating and ensuring processes are as streamlined as possible.
• Improve and maintain data quality and integrity via effective monitoring, implementing contingencies and improvement strategies
• Training, performance monitoring, development and reviews where required, attend high level 3rd party meetings actively supporting key relationship management
• Delivery of the compliance agenda including risk management, quality standards and regulatory audits

Weekly wage - £180.00

Working week - 35 hours Monday to Friday (plus 1 hour paid lunch)

As an apprentice you will be given full and ongoing training to complete the following duties:

• Engaging with new and existing customers in relation to sales and customer service
• Delivering outstanding performance by consistently working to exceed your targets
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales objectives
• Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas
• Provide new customers with ongoing customer support, aftercare and account management
• Liaise effectively with all departments within the organisation to ensure customer requirements are met
