Account managementInternally, our partners are all provided with a single point of contact for their sales and queries, in the form of an account manager. In addition, the account managers have an administration team to allow a smooth transition from point of sale to the clients' sites going on supply. Our account management team are able to provide all the relevant information regarding the status of the sales submitted as soon as it is made available by the supplier, allowing our partners to keep their clients fully updated on the progress of their agreement.
Training & SupportTo maintain a high level of quality and service to all customers whose contracts have been submitted via our channel, GET Solutions can also provide industry and sales training to our partners. This allows all of our partners to deliver a consistent message to their clients while still retaining their own individual sales techniques and customer service skills. Our partners are also supported by our management team, providing a wealth of experience in both the Industrial & Corporate and the Small to Medium Enterprise markets.
